By accessing and using WaveformKnot's lead generation services ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

WaveformKnot provides lead generation services that connect businesses with qualified prospects through intelligent targeting and multi-channel outreach. Our services include:

• AI-powered prospect identification and targeting
• Multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, social media)
• Lead qualification and verification
• Analytics and reporting dashboards
• CRM integration and data synchronization

3. Lead Quality and Qualification

WaveformKnot defines a "qualified lead" as a prospect who:

• Matches your specified ideal customer profile criteria
• Has demonstrated genuine interest in your product or service
• Has provided accurate and verifiable contact information
• Has been contacted and verified through our qualification process

We guarantee lead quality and will provide replacement leads or account credits for any leads that do not meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing structure is transparent and based on qualified leads delivered:

• Starter Plan: $60 per qualified lead
• Professional Plan: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Plan: $40 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Monthly plans require payment in advance. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

5. Data Privacy and Protection

WaveformKnot is committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of prospects in our database. We:

• Comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations
• Use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage
• Obtain proper consent for all prospect communications
• Provide opt-out mechanisms in all outreach communications
• Never sell or share your data with third parties without consent

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your ideal customer profile
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your communications
• Not use our services for illegal, unethical, or spam activities
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

7. Limitation of Liability

WaveformKnot's liability for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Actions taken by prospects or third parties
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding invoices become immediately due
• Access to our platform and services will be discontinued
• Client data will be securely deleted within 90 days
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely

9. Intellectual Property

WaveformKnot retains all rights to our proprietary technology, algorithms, and methodologies. Clients retain ownership of their data and content provided to us.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Odessa, Texas.
